Designed for the Center for Positive Organizations at the Ross School of Business, University of Michigan. This rich resource draws upon research about optimal learning practices in groups and offers a template for starting and sustaining a community of practice in your organization or professional circle.
A collection of the most memorable “check-in” activities we designed and facilitated at HopeLab, used to kick-off and close staff meetings and retreats, ledership gatherings, and board meetings. The exercises are elegant tools we used to build connection, inspire deep reflection, and elevate learning conversations.
